About this role

We're looking for a talented Middleweight Videographer to join our growing studio team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced video producer who enjoys creating compelling content and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality work for a broad range of clients. You'll be able to lead shoots from start to finish, edit engaging content and collaborate with Creative, PR and Social specialists to produce video that supports campaigns across communications.

You'll be trusted to manage projects independently while contributing creative ideas, supporting junior colleagues and helping to evolve our video offering through new techniques, technologies and content formats.

About you

You're an experienced videographer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and producing content that delivers real impact.

You'll be confident leading shoots, managing multiple projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding creative work. You're always looking for new ways to improve your craft, embrace new technologies and bring fresh ideas to clients.

You'll also enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and helping junior colleagues continue to develop.

Role responsibilities

  • Production of high-quality video content from concept through to final delivery
  • Planning and independently running location and studio shoots, including camera, lighting and audio set-up
  • Editing engaging video content for corporate communications, social media, internal communications and integrated campaigns
  • Developing creative treatments and visual approaches that align with client objectives and brand guidelines
  • Working closely with client teams, designers and social specialists to deliver content
  • Building strong working relationships with clients and confidently contributing creative ideas and production expertise
  • Supporting and mentoring junior videographers through feedback, guidance and collaboration
  • Maintaining exceptional quality standards across all video outputs
  • Supporting new business pitches and creative proposals
  • Keeping up to date with developments in video production, AI tools and emerging content trends.

Role requirements

  • Around 3-4 years' professional videography experience, ideally within an agency or in-house communications or marketing team
  • Experience producing video content for corporate communications, social media, employer brand and integrated campaigns
  • Strong filming, editing and post-production skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and good experience using After Effects
  • Experience leading shoots independently, including camera, lighting and audio set-up
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and content creation for multiple digital platforms
  • Experience working directly with clients and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues
  • Interest in AI tools, emerging production technologies and evolving video trends
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel regularly to client locations and shoot venues.
