Job Title: Midweight 3D Retail Designer
Location
London, Shoreditch
Employment Type & Working Pattern
Full-time | Hybrid (minimum three days in office, two days remote) | Standard hours: 9:00am–5:30pm (flexibility as required)

Award-winning retail design agency partnering with leading retailers and consumer brands across brand design, strategy, and interiors. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients in culture, fashion, sports, and technology.
Specialist in live brand environments, their team delivers insight-led designs that bridge physical and digital experiences—from experiential activations to interior retail spaces.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead concept to completion for retail, brand experience, and brand communications projects.
- Demonstrate strong industry expertise and elevate creative ideas within the team.
- Work closely with Design Director and Senior Design team to set design direction while mentoring junior designers and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Shape design narratives, translate client feedback, and drive concept development through 3D modelling and documentation.
- Collaborate on creative briefs, pitches, and brainstorms, contributing to client-facing presentations.
- Be a self-driven leader—proactively enhancing creative output while growing professionally to stimulate agency development.

Desired Skills & Experience
Technical Competencies
- 6+ years in 3D Retail Design/Interiors, including:
- Client-facing experience & ideation expertise
- Proficiency in:
- Cinema 4D + Corona Renderer
- SketchUp + Enscape
- VectorWorks
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway Diffusion) for advanced visualisation/rendering
- Ability to:
- Document & detail permanent retail spaces & fixtures
- Interpret architectural drawings
- Bonus: 3D Visualisation/Animation skills
