About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Own the Intake Gate:
- Audit incoming marketing requests.
- Elevate vague briefs to actionable objectives, deliverables, and measurable success metrics before designer involvement.

Triage & Capacity Management:
- Sequence work by effort vs. urgency.
- Suppress ad-hoc disruptions (e.g., side-channel DMs) to eliminate context-switching.

Stakeholder Alignment:
- Bridge gaps between internal marketing teams and creative teams.
- Deliver realistic timelines and consolidate fragmented feedback into clear next steps.

Run the Studio System:
- Lead daily/bi-weekly stand-ups to keep alignment.
- Maintain real-time project management software sync (e.g., Monday.com/Jira) to reflect live capacity.
What You’ll Bring
- Midweight level experience in:
- Project coordination
- Agile, traffic, or creative operations (agency or fast-paced corporate environment required).

Sharp Creative Literacy:
- Deep knowledge of design thinking to instantly identify unworkable briefs or structural gaps pre-assignment.

Digital Workflow Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or Workfront for capacity planning and coordination.

Diplomatic Confidence:
- Ability to proactively question priorities with senior stakeholders (including tools like “not yet”).
- Non-confrontational clarity when singularising divergent needs.

- Online booking & savings tools
- Corporate event planning
- Spend analytics & financial management tools.
