What you'll do
As a Midweight Designer at Zest, the in-house creative agency of Sainsbury's, you will play a vital role in conceptualising, shaping, and delivering innovative, insight-driven concepts for brands such as Sainsbury's, Tu, Argos, and Habitat. Your responsibilities will include designing for various multi-channel formats, managing projects from initial brief to final artwork, ensuring high-quality and brand-consistent outputs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to develop top-quality campaigns. You will need to demonstrate design excellence, leadership, and creative expertise, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners and continuously seeking opportunities for personal and team development. Your success will be measured by the high-quality creative work that aligns with marketing objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, and positive contribution to Zest's creative culture and ways of working.

Essential criteria
- Proven experience as a Designer delivering high-quality creative campaigns across multiple channels.
- An attached portfolio demonstrating concept development, design craft and execution from brief through to final artwork.
- Experience working with established consumer or retail brands and maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience developing insight-led creative concepts that meet marketing and business objectives.
