Midweight Designer
CRITICAL – Midweight Graphic Designer
Overview
This is a truly exciting opportunity for a Midweight Graphic Designer to lead and support a variety of cross-discipline projects. You will be part of a growing, highly talented team and are a natural initiative taker who inspires the best in others. Required skills include a strong creative vision, excellent communication abilities, and expertise in developing varied project outcomes—always prioritising experience over technology constraints.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Support creative teams to deliver their best work while pushing each project to exceed expectations
- Adapt to diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration, leveraging the team’s collective strengths
- Challenge creative and process boundaries to improve project quality and delivery
- Handle work across multiple disciplines, including print, events, web, virtual reality, and motion design
- Bring innovative solutions and problem-solving expertise to our engineering, infrastructure, and architectural projects
- Ensure high standards in both creativity and technical execution
- Bring enthusiasm, thrives in dynamic environments, and contributes fresh ideas

About You
essential requirements:
- Experience in medium-to-large mixed-discipline projects, working with digital teams to deliver multi-disciplinary solutions
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite—InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Exceptional layout and typography skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Passionate eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, polished work
