What you'll do

As the Midweight Designer at Sainsbury's Zest in-house creative agency, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising, shaping, and delivering innovative concepts for brands such as Argos, Habitat, Sainsbury's, and Tu. Your responsibilities will include:

With a strong eye for detail and design excellence, you excel in crafting high-quality outputs that align strategically with customer insights and brand guidelines. Your collaborative nature, effective communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment make you an essential member of the team, driving creative excellence and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elevate the creative output and achieve business objectives.

Essential criteria

  • Proven experience as a Midweight Designer delivering creative work from concept through to final execution.
  • A portfolio showcasing high-quality, insight-led creative across multiple channels.
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns (e.g. digital, social, in-store POS, print).
  • Demonstrable experience interpreting briefs and developing creative solutions aligned to strategic and customer insights.
  • Experience working with established brands and applying brand guidelines consistently.
