A studio where the brief is simple: make the best work of their lives. Twenty-plus people designing for the spaces where British culture is actually made, from music and sport to fashion and food, with a client roster that spans globally recognised cultural institutions and the challenger brands disrupting them.
The Role You'll design brands from strategy through to platform execution, moving fluidly between concept and final delivery across static and motion. The expectation is consistent whether you're working on a global cultural institution or a compelling mid-scale brief: conceptually strong, beautifully finished.
Your canvas spans the full spectrum of brand design - evolving identities, building platforms, bringing brands to life across multiple touchpoints. You'll work in After Effects and Figma with equal confidence, maintaining quality whether you're sketching early thinking or polishing final executions. This is a role where you're expected to contribute ideas, not just execute them.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
