About StoreLab
We’re a young, ambitious Shopify Growth Service, launched in 2020 and set for significant growth in 2026 and beyond. Our mission is to make e-commerce growth simple for Shopify SMEs through expert performance marketing, creative & strategic services—alongside our proprietary mobile app builder.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join our growing creative team and play a key role in bringing projects and content to life. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating static and motion assets for social ads, emails, and web pages
- Working closely with cross-team members to ensure every asset is visually striking, brand-aligned, and conversion-focused
- Designing everything from ad creatives to product pages, turning briefs into beautiful, high-performing designs
This role is perfect for a designer who thrives on variety:
- Balancing quick-turnaround performance assets with strategic brand design
- Combining digital and web design while maintaining strong visual taste
- Writing sharp copy that complements visuals effectively
- Experimenting with AI tools, design trends, and automation to improve efficiency

- Designing for digital platforms (Meta ads, Klaviyo emails, web)
- Maintaining a strong portfolio of work for both brand and conversion-led design
- Demonstrating deep understanding of e-commerce (Shopify, Replo-like platforms) layout with a conversion-focused approach
- Mastering tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent)
- Writing compelling headlines, ad copy, and CTAs that enhance designs
- Aligning creativity with commercial goals, ensuring designs meet performance metrics
- Managing multiple timelines and projects efficiently to meet deadlines
- Ensuring visual consistency and attention to detail
- Staying updated with new design trends and emerging technologies
⭐ Bonus experience:
- Agency or cross-brand project experience
- Motion graphics for simpler animations (ads, social content)
- UX/UI principles for landing pages or mobile apps
- Collaboration with paid media/performance marketing teams
- Basic coding to enhance emails or landing pages
