Looking for a role that will push you creatively, commercially and professionally?
Join a high-performing in-house creative team where market movements, major campaigns and ambitious growth plans create a constant stream of new challenges. You'll work across multiple channels and disciplines, helping one of the world's leading fintech brands communicate complex ideas through exceptional design.
Midweight Designer
£50,000 to £55,000 + bonus + comprehensive benefits package
Central London (and about to move to shiny new City premises)
Hybrid, 3 days in the office
About the Company
Our client is one of the world's most established fintech brands. A FTSE 100 business operating globally, they sit at the intersection of finance, technology and innovation, helping hundreds of thousands of customers navigate the world of investing and trading. While the business has decades of heritage, their creative team is relatively new, ambitious and focused on raising the bar.
The Role
This is not a role for someone who wants to quietly produce assets and move on to the next brief. You'll join a highly collaborative in-house creative team where designers are expected to think beyond execution, challenge briefs, contribute ideas and help evolve the brand. One day you could be developing performance marketing campaigns, web experiences and social content. The next, you could be creating concepts for a major campaign, collaborating with copywriters and motion designers, or helping visualise breaking market stories in real time.
The pace is fast, the standards are high, and the variety is exceptional. We're particularly interested in speaking with designers who have already worked within fintech, financial services, SaaS, technology or similarly complex, highly regulated brands. Experience operating within well-established brand systems and delivering work at scale will be a significant advantage.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
