Midweight Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house Design Team and help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms.

About The Role

As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Design and Senior Designer to deliver high-quality creative work across all areas of the business. From brochures and exhibition graphics to social media assets and video animations, you’ll be involved in a wide range of projects that support our marketing campaigns and product launches.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Buying, and Regulatory teams, ensuring all artwork is on-brand, compliant, and delivered to deadline. You’ll also be a brand guardian, helping maintain consistency across all our divisions and international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

Designing print and digital collateral including brochures, presentations, adverts, and exhibition graphics Creating engaging social media assets and animations Producing accurate, brand-compliant artwork using Adobe Creative Suite on Mac Collaborating with the Regulatory team to ensure packaging meets statutory requirements Supporting website and online activity with fresh, engaging visuals Maintaining accurate electronic filing and records Liaising with external agencies and suppliers when needed Championing brand consistency across all marketing materials

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B and B2C design Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and creative flair Excellent organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with the ability to present ideas clearly A proactive, enthusiastic team player who thrives under pressure

Bonus Skills

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Quark (beneficial but not essential) Copywriting skills and a keen eye for layout and typography
