We’re Hiring: Midweight Graphic Designer
We’re looking for an experienced Midweight Graphic Designer to join the Lawrence Davis team.
We’re a busy design, digital and marketing agency based in Stoke-on-Trent, working with a wide range of clients across branding, print, websites, social media and integrated marketing campaigns.
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working available, combining time in our Stoke-on-Trent studio with the flexibility to work from home.
You’ll take ownership of creative projects from initial concept through to final delivery, working closely with colleagues and clients to produce work that is both creatively engaging and commercially effective.
Your projects will include:
- Brand identities and creative concepts
- Brochures, advertising and printed materials
- Social media graphics and digital content
- Website designs and digital assets
- Integrated marketing campaigns
- Presentations, signage and promotional materials

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of two years’ professional design experience
- Has a strong and varied portfolio
- Is confident using Adobe Creative Suite
- Can work effectively across both print and digital projects
- Can interpret a brief and develop strong creative ideas
- Has excellent attention to detail
- Is organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Can work confidently to deadlines and agreed budgets
- Is comfortable presenting and explaining creative ideas
- Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and clients
Previous agency experience would be beneficial, but creativity, enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a willingness to develop are equally important.

Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
