Role Overview
We’re expanding our team and need a Midweight Graphic Designer to bring ideas and content to life, primarily for clients’ social platforms. This role blends intuitive concepting, dynamic digital design, and motion storytelling—balancing static assets with engaging animations.
The ideal candidate must:
- Be adept in digital design, challenging visual hierarchy to capture attention.
- Excel in After Effects, with a strong grasp of composition and motion.
- Bring an entrepreneurial spirit, embracing every task needed to exceed client expectations— whether ideating campaigns, art-directing, or script approvals.

Reporting to the Senior Designer, you’ll manage high-quality asset delivery and project oversight, demonstrating both technical precision and creative autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-impact, cross-platform content, blending static and motion designs in a fast-paced environment.
- Receive and execute briefs with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring consistency in quality and output.
- Collaborate closely with Digital and Creative designers to refine concepts and push creative boundaries.
- Mentor junior designers on layout, ideation, collaboration techniques, and typography.
- Contribute end-to-end value: from creative brainstorming to art Upper review and client presentations.
- Ensure ultimate client satisfaction—rolled sleeves mean whatever needs doing, when deadlines loom.
- Showcase a technically robust portfolio with work across brand activations, campaigns, and formats (OOH, Motion, Concepting).
- Apply deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (bonus points for Blender/3D experience).
- Master social media content mechanics, understanding what drives engagement.
- Stand up for your work, question assumptions, and propose scalable, data-driven ideas.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with unwavering initiative while remaining open to peer feedback.
- Deliver consistently under stress—prioritising speed without sacrificing correctness.
- Bring your ‘no limit’ attitude: be extra ambitious, results-driven, with an uncompromising passion for exceptional creativity.
- Communicate at all levels: from strategy meetings to day-to-day design collaboration.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously, switching focus effortlessly.

** Requirements & Expectations**
- Proven agency studio experience—preferably with diverse client portfolios.
- Portfolio highlighting: brand activations, motion pieces, social campaigns, and OOH design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with core skills in motion design (After Effects).
- Able to do everything—technical excellence paired with enthusiasm for extra challenges.
- Open-minded and dares-keen: challenge norms, iterate rapidly, and inspire the team.
- Strong sense of humour and camaraderie: trust our people team—and pack of office dogs—can shape it.
