The Role
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for design. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting visually engaging and impactful design assets for all our digital channels; with a specific focus on socials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop eye-catching visual content that aligns with the Gym King brand. This is an opportunity to work on diverse projects, from designing social media graphics and email campaigns to creating visually appealing paid ads and website layouts.

Tasks, duties & responsibilities:
- Develop and execute visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and paid ads.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Create visually appealing website layouts and landing pages that enhance the user experience.
- Work with the team to brainstorm and develop new design concepts and innovative ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of design output.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Expert with digital content creation tools (such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc) and capability to deliver at pace.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, and colour theory.
- Experience creating visual content for various digital channels, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
- Proficient in static and Motion Graphics
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work

Working hours:
Due to the nature of this role, the hours will be full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday, although a flexible approach is required.
Location:
This role is based at Unit 6 Temple Point, Bullerthorpe Lane, Colton, Leeds LS15 9JL. 2 minutes off the M1 J46. There may be a requirement to travel as part of the role.
