About the Role
As a Midweight Integrated Creative Producer, you will work as a core member of the team, sitting at the intersection of creative execution and media partnerships. You will partner with clients, internal Creative & Media teams, and external media partners to deliver:
- Digital advertising campaigns (across social-first formats, digital out-of-home (DOOH), display banners, and emerging interactive formats)
- Industry-leading content partnerships (spanning content production, digital, social-first video, radio, talent, print, brand-to-brand, and TV)
Your principal responsibility is flawless, agile delivery — turning conceptual ideas into reality. You will serve as a central point of coordination, ensuring smooth project execution while aligning with the original strategic and creative vision.
You will report to the Senior Production Director, assisting and taking the lead in delivering a variety of campaigns — from pure creative production to complex media partnerships. Your key tasks include:
- Collaborating to scope work, craft realistic cost estimates and Statements of Work (SOWs), and map integrated project timelines
- Managing in-house creative resources and external media partners
- Keeping projects organised, on track, and aligned with strategic goals
- Proactively managing risks, tracking budgets, and ensuring highest QA standards before delivery
This role provides an excellent platform to develop in integrated project management, partnership delivery, and client-servicing, working alongside an experienced team on campaigns with leading global brands.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
