Mid - Senior Designer London - Hybrid - Permanent
Introduction
We're looking for a Midweight to Senior Designer to join an independent, design-led branding agency creating transformative identities for ambitious organisations across technology, finance and other complex sectors.
This is a brilliant opportunity to move beyond repetitive rollout work and help originate meaningful brand ideas from the ground up.
The Opportunity
You'll work alongside experienced creative leaders, strategists, developers and client services specialists to turn strategic thinking into distinctive visual identities, digital experiences and flexible brand systems.
From initial concepts and storytelling through to websites, campaigns, motion, social content, environments and brand films, you'll help build ideas that work beautifully across every touchpoint.
You'll have genuine ownership, exposure to international projects and space to develop your creative voice within an ambitious but human studio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Consider how identities behave through motion
- Adapt your style across different sectors and audiences
Curiosity around AI-enabled creative tools is welcomed, but thoughtful ideas and strong craft always come first.

- 28 days' holiday plus bank holidays
