East Sussex Healthcare Trust is offering the opportunity for innovative and compassionate Midwives to join our existing exceptional Midwifery team. We are seeking enthusiastic midwives, passionate about providing high-level care to all the patients accessing our services.
About the Role
This opportunity will allow you to develop in a supportive and caring environment, and will allow you to bring choice and support to all birthing women/people. Working alongside our close-knit multidisciplinary team, you will provide both low and high-risk care.

Location
Eastbourne and Hastings is on the South East Coast of England with its beautiful seaside towns and villages, a stone's throw away from the beautiful countryside of the South Downs and Kent. A perfect place to work!
Responsibilities
We are looking for midwives to join our hospital team at Hastings. You will have the opportunity to work within a variety of settings to provide women/birthing people with holistic and individualized care. Our consultant-led unit at Conquest Hospital is based on the Hastings site.
We are a tight-knit team working closely together to provide women/birthing people and their families with high-quality, evidence-based midwifery care. You will need to be a highly motivated team player, committed to driving forward an innovative service with the existing team. Midwives with a commitment to provide safe, cohesive, and collaborative working are essential.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work confidently and autonomously within the team
