Skilled MIG Welder
Temporary to Permanent Vacancy
Location: Sandbach CW11
Salary: from £14 per hour PAYE, paid weekly
Statutory Deductions: for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply
The Role
We're looking for skilled MIG Welder with strong hands-on Welding experience to support increasing workload and long-term production demand.
The work is varied, practical, and engineering-focused.
What We Are Looking For
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Weld accurately with minimal supervision
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Work reliably as part of a busy workshop team
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding and fabrication of heavy steel fabrications
- Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
- Fabricating one-off and short-run assemblies
- Measuring, fitting, and assembling fabricated components
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and finish
- Supporting production output targets safely and efficiently

Hours & Overtime
Standard Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 07:30 - 13:30
Pay & Benefits
- from £14.00 per hour depending on experience, weld test, and capability
- Stable day-shift hours
