Mig Welder
MIG Welder – Day Shift (Hinckley)
Location: Hinckley
Pay Rate: £13.92 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Contract: Temp to Perm Opportunity

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our client’s team on a day shift in Hinckley.
You will be working on a variety of fabrication tasks, primarily MIG welding sheet metal and stainless steel components, within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- MIG welding sheet metal (1mm–15mm) and some stainless steel
- Setting up and adjusting welding equipment as required
- Reading and working from engineering drawings and production paperwork
- Carrying out quality checks on finished components
- Working to tight deadlines and production targets
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety

About You
To be considered, you should have:
- At least 2 years’ MIG welding experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
- Experience setting up welding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to adapt to different tasks as required
