A thriving fabrication company in Mildenhall is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join their growing team. This role would suit experienced MIG Welders or candidates with strong hands-on welding experience looking to develop their skills within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Working on high-spec fabrication projects, you'll benefit from competitive pay starting from £16.00+ p/hour (depending on weld test), excellent overtime opportunities, and clear career progression. This is a permanent opportunity subject to a successful 3-month temporary probation period.

MIG Welder Duties
- MIG welding mild and stainless steel
- Carrying out jig work for precise fabrication
- Prepping metal components for welding
- Handling basic fabrication tasks
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings for accurate assembly
Pay, Hours & Benefits
- Multiple shifts available Monday-Friday: 06:00-14:00 / 07:00-15:00 / 08:00-16:00
- Pay rate dependent on experience
- 30 days' holiday after successful probation
- Opportunities for overtime
