About The Job
The Company
Our client, Yamazaki Mazak, is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market-leading Machine Tool manufacturer who have been at the forefront of the industry for many years.
Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions are the preferred supplier to Mazak and are seeking MIG Welders/Fabricators.
Job Description
The Role
- Weld and fabricate machined parts to a set company standard which are prepared and palleted. Full product training will be provided.
- Ensure all activities are completed within Health and Safety guidelines.
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with sheet metal and assembly.
- Following technical drawings.

The Person
Essential Criteria
- Welding experience within a manufacturing environment and Fabrication experience is advantageous.
- Highly motivated and to be a positive member of the team.
- Understand the importance of working to deadlines and being focused on good customer satisfaction and production targets.

- Working hours are rotating shifts which are:
- 05:30am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday
- 2:00pm - 10:30pm Monday to Thursday
- 2:00pm - 8pm Friday
