Aureol Global Connections is seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder/Fabricator to fabricate, assemble, and weld metal components for engineering, manufacturing, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will interpret technical drawings, prepare materials, and deliver high-quality welds while complying with engineering specifications and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium (where required).
- Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components based on engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
- Measure, mark, cut, bend, and prepare metal materials for fabrication.
- Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, grinders, drills, presses, and cutting machines.
- Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct repairs and modifications on existing metal structures and equipment.
- Perform finishing work such as grinding, polishing, and cleaning welds.
- Carry out routine maintenance and safety checks on welding equipment and tools.
- Maintain accurate production and fabrication records.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organised, and hazard-free.
- Adhere to company policies, quality procedures, and health and safety regulations.
