Design swimwear built for movement, confidence and performance in the water
At Speedo, product has to do more than look good. It has to move with the swimmer, feel comfortable in the water and support performance, confidence and freedom of movement, whether someone is training, competing, learning or simply enjoying the swim.
Midweight Graphic Designer
As our Midweight Graphic Designer, you’ll join Speedo’s Content & Creative team and help bring our product, campaign and collection stories to life across digital and physical channels. Working closely with the Art Director, Senior Creatives and wider brand teams, you’ll turn creative direction into beautifully crafted work that builds brand desirability and supports commercial growth.
You’ll be part of a collaborative in-house creative team where strong ideas, attention to detail and curiosity are valued, and where you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your own creative voice.
What you’ll be doing
- Creating high-quality design across website, social, CRM, retail, campaign toolkits and selected print or packaging.
- Supporting the development and delivery of integrated global campaigns, with a strong focus on digital design.
- Adapting campaign concepts and master assets across different channels, formats and markets.
- Developing creative for athlete collaborations, product launches and innovation stories.
- Producing polished, contemporary work with strong typography, layout and visual storytelling.
- Taking ownership of defined projects from initial brief through to final artwork and delivery.
- Working closely with Creative, Content, Production, Commercial, Shopper and regional teams.
- Applying Speedo’s brand guidelines consistently and helping identify opportunities to strengthen creative quality.
- Managing your workload, priorities and deadlines while raising risks or gaps early.
- Bringing fresh references, cultural insight and curiosity around emerging tools, including motion and generative AI.

What you’ll bring
- A strong portfolio of consumer-facing design work across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Mid-level design experience, typically around two to three years, or an equivalent level of capability.
- Experience working within sports, lifestyle, fashion or another premium brand environment.
- A refined eye for typography, layout, image selection and visual storytelling.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Experience adapting campaigns across social, web, CRM, retail and campaign toolkits.
- The confidence to present your thinking, respond constructively to feedback and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and accountability for your own work.
- An active interest in sport, fitness, culture and design trends, and ideally a genuine love for the water.

- Talent Team Intro Call - A 30-minute video call with our Talent Team to get to know each other, talk through the role and your experience, and answer any questions you have.
- Experience Interview - A more in-depth interview (usually online) with the hiring manager to explore your skills, experience and approach, and how these align with the role, our principles, and our ways of working.
- Final Interview - A final in-person interview at our office, focused on deeper discussion and practical application, giving you the chance to meet more of the team and see Pentland Brands in action.
