Milk Filling Operative – Permanent Position

About the Role

We are recruiting for a Milk Filling Operative within our Müller Droitwich Dairy. This role involves operating advanced manufacturing machinery to deliver our high-quality dairy products. You’ll need strong teambuilding skills, a proactive, results-driven attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic production environment.

Key Details

  • Contract: Full Time/Permanent
  • Shift Pattern: 3-week rotating shift (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM – Midnight)
  • Location: Droitwich, UK
  • Salary: £33,979.15 per year

Main Responsibilities

Core Production Duties

  • Operate and maintain milk-filling machinery while ensuring effective production output.
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards to meet workplace and food safety regulations.
  • Perform system upkeep and routine maintenance checks.
  • Conduct regular cleaning activities (equipment and workspace).
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure ** customer expectations** are met.
  • Replenish materials as required.
  • Conduct first-line maintenance checks.

Demonstrable Skills & Experience

Preferred (Not Essential)

  • Previous manual packing work experience (Milk/dairy-related Roles are advantageous)
