Milk Filling Operative – Production Department, Müller Droitwich Dairy
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Milk Filling Operative within our production department at Müller Droitwich Dairy.
This role involves operating our manufacturing machinery to ensure the highest quality product is produced. You must be a team player, results-driven, and proactive with a strong focus on delivery.
Key Details
- Contract: Full Time / Permanent
- Shift Pattern: 3-week rotating shift (6am–3pm or 3pm–midnight)
- Location: Droitwich
- Salary: £33,979.15
Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Operate machinery and processes to meet production targets.
- Maintain strict hygiene standards aligns with workplace regulations.
- Conduct system upkeep and related maintenance checks.
- Perform cleaning activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Carry out quality control inspections to meet customer expectations.
- Replenish materials as required.
- Conduct first-line maintenance checks.

Müller Production Operative Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to continuous business improvement.

Requirements
Demonstrable Skills/Experience/Knowledge
- Previous experience in manual packing (desirable but not essential).
- Strong ability to work as part of a team and collaboratively.
- Clear capability and accountability in all areas of work.
- Highly adaptable – able to adjust to frequent schedule changes.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proactive, with strong initiative and prioritisation skills.
- Effective teamworker with a positive mindset.
