Class 1 Ex Farm Milk Tanker Driver
Location: Cullompton
Shift: 5on 3off, Nights

About The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you will:
- Take on the essential role of collecting fresh milk from local farms and delivering it to the dairy, ensuring every delivery is made with care and precision.
- Collect milk samples during farm collections and once back at the depot, ensure all samples are correctly labelled before being dropped off for laboratory testing, in line with quality and food safety requirements.
- Embrace a variety of tasks, including farm collection and occasional transhipment roles, adding excitement to your daily routine.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed on time, meeting client requirements and maintaining consistently high standards.
- Enjoy rural driving while navigating beautiful landscapes and countryside routes.
- Carry out comprehensive daily vehicle safety checks using the company phone to ensure vehicle safety, compliance, and reliability.
- Maintain regular communication with the transport team, providing updates on progress and any issues encountered.
- Participate in regular training sessions to remain up to date with industry standards, procedures, and best practices.

Essential Skills And Qualifications
- Must hold a UK Class 1 CE Licence.
- Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- A minimum of 6 months' HGV driving experience.
- Experience with milk tankers would be an advantage, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.
