Our services also include Kitchen & Bathroom Design and Supply, Tool & Plant Hire Centres, specialist Sawmilling, Treatment, and Precision CNC Machining Facilities.

Our customers range from DIY and retail clients to small and national housebuilders, general and specialist contractors, housing associations, and other timber and builders merchants.

The Role:

As a Mill Operative, you will assist in general mill duties, including machining and sawing timber. This is a hands-on role within our milling operation, helping ensure timber products are processed efficiently and to a high standard.

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the timber and manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general mill operations, including machining and sawing timber
  • Operate milling and cutting equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
  • Support production processes to ensure timber is processed accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area
  • Follow all health and safety procedures in the workplace
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient mill operations
