The Role:
As a Mill Operative, you will assist in general mill duties, including machining and sawing timber. This is a hands-on role within our milling operation, helping ensure timber products are processed efficiently and to a high standard.
Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career within the timber and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general mill operations, including machining and sawing timber
- Operate milling and cutting equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
- Support production processes to ensure timber is processed accurately
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow all health and safety procedures in the workplace
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient mill operations

- Previous experience in a mill, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential
