The Role: Mill Technician
We’re seeking a Mill Technician to support our friendly, driven team at our Clearwell Mill (Forest of Dean). Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing and delivering high-quality animal feed across the UK
- Operating and maintaining a semi-automated mill, balancing computerised processes with manual handling tasks, including 20kg bags of supplements
- Working across rotating shifts (4 days on, 4 days off), covering day and night shifts

Salary & Benefits
Competitive Package
- Base Salary: £30,166 (rising to £31,336 after probation)
- Location Allowance: £1,508 (rising to £1,566 after probation)
- Unsociable Hours Premium: £1 per hour for shifts 8pm–6am
- Overtime: Earn 1.5x basic rate for extra time
