Trade Marketing Executive (PPE) – EMEA
Location: Based at European Headquarters in Maidenhead, UK (with travel across Europe and UK as required)
About the Role
We drive a high-performance culture across our global organisation to achieve our vision: deliver number one service in the industries we serve. Based in our European headquarters, the EMEA Milwaukee Brand team manages all product, brand, and major event marketing launches—supplying European regions with critical assets to meet TTI’s ambitious financial targets.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) marks our most exciting growth area. Since 2022, we’ve committed £180M+ in product and recruitment, positioning us for rapid expansion. As the Trade Marketing Executive for PPE EMEA, you’ll shape commercial strategy alongside the EMEA PPE Manager to boost sales of workwear and PPE across Europe—through campaigns, events, product launches, and strong internal/external collaborations.
Your role is hands-on: designing, managing, and executing marketing assets (video, photography, POS, digital solutions, translations) while owning data-driven processes like our Product Information Management system. Collaborate globally with cross-functional teams, marketing agencies, product managers, and sales leaders to drive innovation and customer impact.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Development
- Partner with EMEA Product Management to create high-impact materials for PPE launches—video, photography, propositions, and commercial environments.
- Develop marketing campaigns aligned with financial targets, driving PPE and workwear sales growth.
- Maintain regular engagement with regional sales & marketing teams to translate global strategy into local action streams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
