Mindplace Centre Manager

Harrow, HA1 1BE Permanent Starting salary: £47,700 DPE (plus fantastic benefits)

Full-time | 37.5 hours per week

Role Overview

As the Centre Manager for Mindplace, you will be accountable for leading and owning all Mindplace Centre activities, ensuring operational performance is optimised while maintaining clinical governance compliance.

Your role will involve:

  • Driving excellence in customer service and satisfaction
  • Delivering high standards across all service lines
  • Supporting the expansion of Mindplace centres

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Support the Regional Operations Manager in opening new Mindplace centres across the region.
  • Lead commercial and business operations, overseeing client and business relationships.
  • Drive operational efficiency through resource utilisation and scheduling.
  • Ensure profitable growth by keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions.

Customer Experience & Satisfaction

  • Leverage net promoter system insights to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Minimise failure demand, analyse dissatisfaction metrics and reduce causes of complaints.
  • Develop remediation processes based on feedback and rapid action plans.

Clinical Governance & Compliance

  • Maintain clinical standards ensuring staff adherence to regulatory requirements (CQC, HCPC, BABCP, etc.).

Marketing & Business Development

  • Own local marketing plans in partnership with HSBC, raising centre visibility.
  • Convert leads into new business using expertise from Marketing & Sales.
  • Support corporate clients and collaborate with the Regional Onsites Manager on new opportunities.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Healthcare management experience (Mental health experience is desirable but not essential)
  • Strong operational background, including:
    • Onsite corporate healthcare management
    • Leadership of large teams
    • People management with a proven ability to engage and motivate staff
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of communicating effectively with:
    • Employees, colleagues, customers and corporate clients
  • Regulated environment experience, preferably in mental health, healthcare, and/or wellbeing sectors
  • Proven track record in business performance and result delivery
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office systems
