Retail Manager - Finance
Location: Long Hanborough, North Oxford Garage
Salary: £37,500 basic + £24,000 commission (OTE £61,500)
Stretch potential to £70,000pa

What you'll do:
- Lead the finance and insurance process, ensuring every customer receives clear, tailored advice.
- Deliver exceptional service throughout the car-buying journey, from first enquiry to handover.
- Work closely with the Sales team to maximise every opportunity and achieve financial targets.
- Maintain full compliance with FCA and company standards.
- Promote finance and insurance products with integrity and professionalism.

What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a retail automotive finance role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, results-driven approach.
- A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and high standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
