Hours: 0830 – 1800 working 5 days a week over Monday – Saturday period. NO SUNDAYS!
Salary: £25,250 basic & OTE £46,350 uncapped earning potential, plus a company car

You will also be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with your customers, including keeping in regular contact with them about our products always maintaining a customer focused mindset.
- Prospecting new customers by telephone, looking after email contacts and walk-ins.
- Maintaining our state-of-the-art customer contact system with up to date and accurate records.
- Ensure product knowledge is kept up to date and relevant.
- Provide exceptional customer service which leads to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Operation of the full sales process from initial enquiry through to customer retention.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience - At least 1 year’s automotive sales experience under your belt, demonstrating strong customer interaction, product knowledge, and sales performance.
- Customer-Centric: You put the customer at the heart of every transaction, ensuring they have the best experience possible.
- Competitive Spirit: You thrive in a goal-driven environment and are always looking to exceed expectations.
- Honesty & Integrity: You believe in building trust with clients and colleagues through transparent and ethical behaviour.
- Organisation Skills: You are methodical, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and keep on top of deadlines.
- Team-Oriented: You enjoy working collaboratively and believe that the best results come from supporting one another.
