Permanent Sales Executive Role

Sytner Group are excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.

Our Sales Executives really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first-class customer experiences to every customer who visits one of our dealerships.

Joining us as a Sales Executive means you will be the key point of contact for our customers during this exciting journey of buying their car, so service quality is paramount from first contact onwards.


About The Role

Sytner MINI Leicester** is currently seeking an exciting opportunity for an individual with a background in customer service or sales.

A Sytner Sales Executive will play a vital role in communicating with customers to support and understand their needs throughout their car-buying experience.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Flexible working patterns (inclusive of weekends) to ensure the highest levels of customer service
  • Proactively engaging with customers face-to-face to deliver outstanding experiences
  • Adherence to manufacturer-specific sales processes
