The Main Duties of the Role Include:
- Providing expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs)
- Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade-in valuations.
- Manage the timely and precise processing of sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a thorough handover, including a full video walkthrough before collection.
Your Profile
- Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Well organised with strong administration and diary management skills
- Able to work efficiently under pressure while following processes accurately
- Skilled at building rapport, earning customer trust, and resolving queries professionally
- Professional, enthusiastic, and well presented

Salary and Working Hours
- Basic salary of £23,000 with a competitive OTE of £50,000
- Company Car (subject to insurance policy eligibility)
- Monday to Friday plus every Saturday, with a day off during the week
- Closed on Sundays, supporting a better work-life balance
