MINI Service Advisor
About The Role
Join our Sytner MINI Shrewsbury team as a Service Advisor—an opportunity to deliver exceptional customer care and become the crucial connection between our customers and the workshop.
Your role will include:
- Consulting customers on vehicle servicing and maintenance, keeping them updated throughout the process
- Answering questions and addressing any concerns
- Liaising with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle readiness
- Providing expert advice on our products and services
This fast-paced and customer-focused position demands dedication, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships. Flexible working patterns may include weekend shifts, reflecting our commitment to delivering high-quality, on-time service.

About You
We’re seeking talented, motivated individuals eager to grow with support from our:
- In-house Learning & Development team
- Dedicated MINI manufacturer training
While experience isn’t mandatory, your ideal fit includes: ✅ Strong organisational and administrative skills ✅ Attention to detail in a high-pressure environment ✅ A customer service background (valuable but not essential) ✅ Familiarity with Kerridge (useful but not required)
