We are now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic MIS Data & Exams Administrator to join our hardworking team.


About The Role

A MIS Data & Exams Administrator is crucial to the effective functioning of schools, colleges, and training providers. This role combines:

  • Management Information Systems (MIS) administration
  • Student data management
  • Examination administration

The successful candidate will ensure learner information is accurate and organises examinations rigorously, remaining compliant with awarding body regulations.


Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to drive the management of learner data and examination processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Producing management information reports
  • Coordinating examination schedules and administration
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and awarding body requirements
  • Supporting the effective use of MIS systems and school data
  • Confidentially handling sensitive information
