Salary: £12.88 per hour
Contract Type: Casual, Temporary
Hours: Full time, during the Enrolment period only (during August and September)
Location: Opportunities at Crewe, Ellesmere Port and Chester Campuses
We are seeking MIS Enrolment Assistants to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to support the College in the onboarding of new students during the exciting enrolment period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the accurate input and maintenance of student and enrolment details onto the student records system;
- To communicate and support students and curriculum staff during the enrolment period;
- To support the whole enrolment process within the team as required, this may include assisting with; setting up rooms, meeting and directing students, taking photos, form and eligibility checks;
- To perform clerical duties including distribution of forms, filing, photocopying, production of letters, reports and student ID cards; and
- Promote the welfare of children and young people.

Key Person Specification Requirements:

- GCSE Grade C (4/5) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent);
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships at all levels;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent organisational skills; and
- Excellent digital literacy.
