Position Type: Miscellaneous Wage (Graduate Student) Hourly

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Management
- Clean, organize, and manage internal evaluation datasets (e.g., survey responses, program participation metrics, feedback forms).
- Conduct descriptive and inferential statistical analyses (quantitative) and thematic coding (qualitative).
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy policies.

Reporting & Documentation
- Draft, edit, and proofread comprehensive evaluation reports detailing methodologies, findings, and actionable recommendations.
- Synthesize complex data points into clear, concise summaries for diverse internal stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining an organized repository of evaluation datasets, presentations, and reports.

Data Visualization & Presentation
- Translate raw data into compelling visual narratives using charts, graphs, and infographics.
- Design and build polished presentation slides (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides) for internal leadership and committee meetings
