MITES Saturdays Teaching Assistant
Program: MITES Semester
Position: Program Facilitator (Remote, Part-Time ~10-15hr/week)
Employment Timeline:
May to Mid-February (~9 months)
Position Overview
The Program Facilitator acts as the primary point of contact for MITES Semester program staff, facilitating communication between:
- Outgoing Faculty/Staff (OFs)
- The MITES Semester Administrator
- MITES staff

The Program Facilitator embodies a:

Under the direction of the Program Administrator, they will:
- Collaborate to ensure program participants and staff align with expectations and institution guidelines
- Provide both administrative and programmatic support for activities and events
- Assist in data collection and analysis
- Handle urgent/student/staff-related issues as needed under short notice
- Offer mentorship, playing a critical role in:
