The Role: What You’ll Do
As a Mitigation Technician, you are first on site when disaster strikes—fires, floods, and more. You lead the effort to stabilize and restore properties while helping customers through difficult moments.
You Will
- Respond to emergency situations and begin mitigation efforts
- Perform water mitigation, tarping, board-ups, mold remediation, and cleaning services
- Communicate clearly with customers and show empathy during high-stress situations
- Work closely with your team to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites to company standards

What It Takes To Succeed
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, move quickly, and problem-solve in urgent situations
- Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights/weekends/on-call
- Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Restoration experience is a plus—but we will train the right person

Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
