Job Purpose
As a Miu Miu Client Advisor, you will deliver an unparalleled luxury experience by prioritising the customer above all else. Your role involves:
- Understanding and exceeding client expectations
- Building deep, meaningful relationships with shoppers
- Acting as a brand ambassador, authentically conveying the Prada Group’s philosophy and values
You will drive both individual and team sales performance, ensuring seamless service across in-store and e-commerce channels, while upholding the brand’s omnichannel vision.

- Maintain the highest standards in sales performance and customer service quality

- Capture and manage customer data in CRM systems

- Take ownership of client complaints, liaising with management when needed
- Uphold the highest standards in product care and handling

Maximise digital engagement
- Utilise company tools to deliver seamless luxury experiences

Host in-person and virtual consultations
- Conduct appointments for high-profile clients

Support store operations
- Collaborate with back-of-house teams
- Maintain an organised stockroom and operational efficiency

Ensure process compliance
- Adhere to Company policies for logistics, inventory, security, and reporting
- Follow operational and stock management procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in luxury or premium retail environments
- Passion for luxury customer service and relationship-building
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (mandatory)
- Continuous personal growth and meaningful contribution to the brand
