Miu Miu Client Advisor

Job Purpose

As a Miu Miu Client Advisor, you will deliver an unparalleled luxury experience by prioritising the customer above all else. Your role involves:

  • Understanding and exceeding client expectations
  • Building deep, meaningful relationships with shoppers
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, authentically conveying the Prada Group’s philosophy and values

You will drive both individual and team sales performance, ensuring seamless service across in-store and e-commerce channels, while upholding the brand’s omnichannel vision.

  • Support store operations

    • Collaborate with back-of-house teams

    • Adhere to Company policies for logistics, inventory, security, and reporting
    • Follow operational and stock management procedures

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in luxury or premium retail environments
  • Passion for luxury customer service and relationship-building
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Continuous personal growth and meaningful contribution to the brand
