Prada Stock Controller – Job Description

Job Purpose
As Prada Stock Controller, you will support the Stock Manager in all responsibilities related to warehouse management and providing services to the store.
Your role involves:
- Ensuring the correct handling of goods in-store, adhering to KPIs, company guidelines, and procedural standards for product care.
- Being accountable for achieving individual and team targets while delivering best-in-class service.
- Acting as a proactive team member to meet customer needs across both in-store and e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team when serving customers
- Transfer unsold products between the sales area and stockroom
- Process orders from the sales team
- Assist sales staff with wrapping merchandises
- Serve drinks to customers when required
- Contribute to organisation, maintenance, and optimisation of the warehouse
- Ensure the sales floor remains clean and tidy
Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience in a luxury or premium brand is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service
- Ability to foster long-lasting client relationships
- Experience working both independently and as part of a team
- Proactive and adaptable attitude
