This is an exciting opportunity for a Mixed Tax Manager to join a thriving practice that has experienced rapid growth.
Client Details
The company is a well-established firm of chartered accountants, servicing a diverse range of businesses across the UK. They are a three-partner firm and have a headcount of circa 30 staff.
Description
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients across a range of industries.
- Prepare and review tax returns and computations.
- Provide tax planning advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage and mentor junior members of the team.
- Ensure all tax work is completed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company procedures.
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients.
- Inheritance tax planning.
- Profit extraction tax calculations.
- Contribute to the development of the company's tax department and services.

Profile
A Successful 'Mixed Tax Manager' Should Have
- Professional qualification in tax or accountancy (CTA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a tax role.
- Strong technical knowledge of both corporate and personal tax.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
- Flexible working options (the client is happy to look at candidates seeking part-time and full-time hours).
