Job Title: Mixing Operative
:weighing, dispensing and mixing chemicals
Location: Cleckheaton
Working Hours: 3 on 3 off shift pattern
Pay Rate: GBP 15.00p/h
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Previous Experience: 6 months previous experience in a similar role (weighing, dispensing and mixing chemicals)
About The Role
Nexus People are recruiting for Mixing Operatives in Cleckheaton to work for our client who are experts in premium skincare, haircare and loads more.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carry out batch processing
- Weighing, dispensing, and mixing chemicals
- Operate equipment to produce a wide range of personal care products
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), approved methods, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of equipment and work areas
- Completing and signing paperwork
- Quality checks and testing
- Stock control
- Following health and safety procedures
- Assist the managers with any additional duties

What We're Looking For
We are looking for applicants who have up to 6 months previous experience working in a similar role, weighing, dispensing and mixing ingredients.
You Should Be
- Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)
- Comfortable in a warehouse environment
- A team player who communicates well
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
- Punctual, with a good work ethic
