Finnebrogue is a leading UK-based food producer within the global Sofina Foods Group. We look at what is wrong with food to figure out how to make it the best it can be. Operating from four facilities in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, Finnebrogue supplies major supermarkets with own-label bacon, sausages, burgers, and vegetarian products, as well as its pioneering Naked range made without nitrites.

The Role
Working as part of a team to produce high quality food products on time, and in full for our customers. Our mixing room is one of the first stages in our production processes and as such you will play a vital role in ensuring that the food we produce adheres to our high standards of quality and integrity. There are multiple roles within the mixing room, which allows the team to develop their skills and enhance their training.
Hours of Work
Nightshift: 6pm - 4/5am, 5 days per week - including Sunday.
