Mixologist
Bar Assistant (Beverages) – Champneys Mottram Hall
Contract: Full Time Salary: £13.50 per hour plus gratuities

Responsibilities
- Mixing beverages using a wide range of ingredients, including:
- Liquor
- Bitters
- Sodas
- Water
- Sugar
- Fruits
- Taking guest beverage orders or serving drinks for colleagues, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ensuring timely delivery of requested drinks
- Recommending drinks based on customer preferences
- Customer interaction to create a warm, friendly experience
- Verifying legal age for all customers via ID checks
- Maintaining a well-stocked bar with:
- Liquor, beer, wine, and mixers
- Ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and bar accessories
- Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work areas to maintain hygiene
- Organising the bar for smooth drink preparation and inventory
- Placing supply orders for liquor, beverages, and bar essentials
- Preparing garnishes, including slicing and pitting fruit
- Developing bar menus and creating unique drink specials
- Preparing and serving appetisers and bar snacks
