THIS IS A SHIPBOARD POSITION

The Mixologist delivers a refined, personalized, genuine, and consistent cocktail experience across all bars, lounges, and beverage venues onboard. This role safeguards the integrity and execution of Silversea’s classic and signature cocktails, ensuring every drink reflects Silversea F&B Core Service Standards and Silversea Way service principles.

Working closely with the Beverage Operations Manager and shoreside teams, the Mixologist ensures flawless recipe accuracy, technique, garnish work, glassware selection, and presentation. The role leads beverage-related training, drives cocktail consistency across the ship, supports revenue growth through elevated guest engagement and craftsmanship, and contributes to guest satisfaction and overall operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional mixology experience in luxury hospitality is preferable
