This pivotal role offers the chance to shape the future of construction through the development and delivery of multi-disciplinary, product-led building systems. You'll apply your technical expertise and design management skills in a forward-thinking environment focused on decarbonisation, productivity and innovation. If you're passionate about transforming the industry and thrive on solving complex challenges across sectors, we'd love to hear from you.

Lead conceptual design for construction projects, aligning outputs with performance, safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with product teams to refine materials and systems, supporting decarbonisation and MMC innovation. Shape design briefs and guide early-stage decision-making through option studies and rationalisation. Champion DfMA principles to optimise concept designs for repeatable, scalable delivery. Manage internal and external teams, lead collaborative design reviews and uphold governance standards across the supply chain. Work closely with our in-house manufacturing facility for a kit of parts approach.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
