Mobile AC Engineer
Location: London & Surrounding Counties Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM–5PM Start Date: Immediately

Artic Building Services is a leader in Hard Facilities Management across London and the Home Counties. We provide Mechanical, Electrical, and technical engineering solutions to ensure seamless operation of your plant and systems.
The Role
As a Mobile AC Engineer, you will carry out essential maintenance, reactive repairs, and administrative tasks on behalf of our diverse blue-chip client base. This role requires technical expertise in HVAC systems and a proactive approach to client management.
Responsibilities
Technical Duties
- Complete maintenance and reactive tasks on site-based plant and equipment
- Perform risk assessments (documented via PDA)
- Generate and submit further works reports as required
- Liaise with clients to confirm work completion and propose future improvement actions

Administrative & Operational
- Update contract managers and admin teams with site/plant asset status, changes, or reagent orders
- Managing work materials/equipment deployment via site visits or supplier replenishments
- Submit weekly timesheets to the office by Monday morning
Health & Safety
- Adhere to company health and safety policies at all times
- Actively contribute to maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements & Qualifications

- Must hold valid F-Gas Certification and (NVQ/approving professional qualifications)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working on HVAC systems and building services
- Clear knowledge of air-conditioning system types and components
- Team player: capable of collaborating while maintaining autonomy, time management, and documentation
- Must build/extend services relationships: both existing clients and prospective
