About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Administrator to support our operations across Kent and London.
Your main base will be our office in Dartford, keeping our day-to-day work running smoothly. Every now and then, you’ll head into London to support our site teams.
Whenever you need to travel into London, 100% of your travel costs are covered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Log jobs, assign tasks to field engineers, and track progress through to completion.
- Raise purchase orders (POs), process supplier invoices, and manage job costs.
- Order parts, materials, and equipment to keep engineers supplied and jobs moving on time.
- Travel into London as needed to support site managers and manage site admin.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, contract managers, and sub-contractors.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in FM, building maintenance, or property operations is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience using CAFM systems (e.g., Concept Evolution, Vantify, SimPRO, Joblogic, or similar).
- Comfortable raising POs, tracking job costs, and handling parts procurement.
- Based in Dartford, but fully comfortable traveling into Central London when required.
- Clear, professional, and practical when dealing with engineers, vendors, and clients.
