Role Description This is a full-time, mobile role located in the West Midlands for a Mobile Alloy Wheel Repair Technician. The role involves repairing and refurbishing alloy wheels to a high professional standard, maintaining and servicing equipment, troubleshooting issues on-site, and delivering outstanding customer service. The technician will work independently and must ensure timely and effective job completion while adhering to the company's quality standards.
Qualifications Proficient in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance, with the ability to handle tools and machinery effectively Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently Excellent Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites within the West Midlands Previous experience in automotive repair or alloy wheel refurbishment is highly desirable Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional results

About the Role As an Alloy Wheel Repairer, you will be expected to look after Alloy Wheel repairs in our dealerships as well as external customers. This role will include, but is not limited to: - Be proficient and accurate with the ability to work within time constraints and deadlines - Working with all types of customers, from General Managers to Service and Sales Managers - Provided with a fully equipped van to enable you to complete all repairs to the highest standard - Full time position

About You We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a Alloy Wheel Repairer role. The successful candidate will also possess: - Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance in this role - Excellent time management skills - The successful applicant will be self-motivated, with a proactive approach to solving problems - Someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment with several deadlines and tasks
Candidates MUST HAVE previous experiencing working as an Alloy Wheel Repairer and have a CLEAN driving license. Uniform and equipment are supplied. Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00am to 17:30pmOccasional Saturdays (08:00am to 12:00pm) may be required with prior notice given.
